01
Terms of Service
1. Who we are
These terms are between you and Complete Haul Solutions LLC (“CHS”, “we”,
“us”), a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801,
United States. They apply when you use
this website and when you use our services. We work with motor carriers and owner-operators
operating in the United States.
2. What these terms cover
We provide back-office services to carriers: truck dispatching, compliance support, IFTA and audit
filing, MVR and driver record management, factoring setup, authority and onboarding, billing and
paperwork, and drug and alcohol program coordination.
When you sign up for a service, you will sign a written service agreement with us. That agreement
sets out the services, the fees and the notice period. If it conflicts with these terms, the signed
agreement wins.
3. We are not a carrier or a broker
CHS does not transport freight and does not act as a freight broker. When we dispatch for you, we act
as your agent: we find and negotiate loads on your behalf, and you decide whether to accept them. The
rate confirmation, the contract of carriage and the payment for each load are between you and the
broker or shipper. You are paid directly, or through your factoring company.
4. Your responsibilities as a carrier
-
Keep your operating authority, USDOT registration, BOC-3, UCR and insurance active, and tell us
straight away if any of them lapses or changes.
-
Operate safely and lawfully, including hours-of-service, driver qualification, vehicle maintenance,
weight and permit rules.
-
Give us accurate and complete information: equipment, lanes, rate floor, fuel and mileage records,
driver details and documents.
-
Make the final decision on every load. You are responsible for the safe pickup, transport and
delivery of freight you accept.
5. Filings, compliance and audits
We prepare and submit filings, and maintain records, from the information you provide. You remain
responsible for the accuracy of that information and for meeting your own obligations to FMCSA, the
US Department of Transportation, the IRS and state agencies. If an agency asks for records or opens an
audit, we will help you gather and present what we hold for you.
Our compliance, IFTA and filing support is an administrative service. It is not legal, tax or
accounting advice. For those questions, speak to a qualified attorney or accountant.
For drug and alcohol programs, we coordinate enrolment, random selection and Clearinghouse queries
with a consortium or third-party administrator. We do not collect specimens, run tests or act as a
Medical Review Officer.
6. Fees and payment
We offer three ways to pay, quoted in writing before you start:
- Percentage: a percentage of the linehaul on loads we book for you.
- Flat weekly: a fixed fee per truck, per week.
- Setup only: a one-off fee for authority, packets and factoring setup.
Your service agreement sets the rate, when we invoice and when payment is due. Fees paid to
government agencies, consortia, testing providers or other third parties are passed through at cost
unless your agreement says otherwise. If an invoice is overdue, we may pause services until it is
paid.
7. Term and cancellation
There is no long-term contract. Service runs week to week, and either of us can end it by giving the
notice set out in your service agreement. Fees for work already done, and for loads already booked,
remain payable. When service ends, we will return or hand over the documents we hold for you, subject
to any records we are required by law to keep.
8. Third parties
Any agreement you make with a broker, shipper, factoring company, insurer, consortium or other
provider is between you and them. We are not responsible for their performance, their rates or their
decisions, including whether a factor approves you or a broker pays on time. We will, however, chase
paperwork and payments for you where your service includes it.
9. Using this website
This website is for general information. Figures, rates and examples on it are illustrative and are
not a promise of any particular load, rate or income. You agree not to misuse the site, including
attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or send unsolicited or unlawful material through
our forms.
The CHS name, logo and the content of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or
reuse them without our written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, CHS is not
liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost loads, cargo loss or damage, accidents,
fines or penalties arising from your operations or from inaccurate information you gave us. Our total
liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for those services
in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be
limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to cover CHS for claims, losses and costs that arise from your operation of your trucks and
business, your breach of these terms or your service agreement, or information you gave us that was
inaccurate or incomplete.
12. Governing law and disputes
Complete Haul Solutions LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. These terms, and any service
agreement that does not say otherwise, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable
federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before starting any formal dispute, we both agree to try to resolve it in good faith by contacting the
other in writing and allowing 30 days to reach a resolution. If that does not resolve it, any claim
must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you and CHS
consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Nothing in this section removes any protection you have under federal law or the consumer-protection
or telemarketing laws of the state where you live, which apply to our text messages and calls wherever
you are.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last
changed. Changes do not alter a signed service agreement unless we both agree in writing.

SMS Terms
These terms apply to text messages sent by Complete Haul Solutions LLC (the “CHS text
program”). We only text people who have opted in as described below.
1. What you will receive
The program has two kinds of messages, and you agree to each separately:
-
Service texts: replies to your enquiry and call scheduling, dispatch and load
updates, reminders about documents, filings and compliance deadlines, and account and billing
notices.
-
Marketing texts: offers about our dispatch, compliance and back-office services,
and occasional check-ins asking whether you are still interested in hearing from us.
2. How you opt in
You can opt in in either of these ways. Consent is optional and not a condition of any purchase or service.
-
On our website: by checking the service texts box, the marketing texts box, or both,
on our contact form and submitting it with your mobile number.
-
By phone: if you speak with our team and ask to receive texts, we explain what you
will receive and send you one text message asking you to confirm. You are subscribed only after you
reply YES to that message. If you do not reply YES, we will not text you again.
3. Message frequency and cost
Service texts vary with your enquiry and the services you use. Marketing texts are recurring, up to 4
messages per month. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. We send messages
between 8 am and 9 pm in your local time.
4. Check-ins
From time to time we will ask whether you still want to hear from us. You can reply STOP at any time,
and if you tell us you are no longer interested, we stop texting you.
5. How to opt out
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE,
CANCEL, END or QUIT), or tell us on a call or by email. We will send one message confirming you have
been unsubscribed, and then no further messages. To join again, reply START or opt in
again through our contact form.
6. Help
Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at
(307) 374-9306 or
contact@completehaulsolutions.com.
7. Carriers and delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier
and coverage.
8. Privacy
We handle your mobile number as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile
information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
9. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account
holder’s permission, to opt in.
03
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Complete Haul Solutions LLC collects, why, who we share
it with, and the choices you have. It covers this website and the services we provide to carriers.
1. Information we collect
When you contact us. Through the contact form, email or phone, we collect:
- your name, company, email address and phone number;
- your MC or DOT number, if you give it;
- the reason you are getting in touch and anything you write in your message;
-
whether you agreed to receive service or marketing text messages, and when, where and how you
agreed (on our website or by replying YES after a call).
When you become a customer. To deliver the services, we may collect:
-
business documents such as your operating authority, insurance certificates, W-9 and banking
details for factoring and payment setup;
-
load, rate, fuel, mileage and invoice records for dispatch, billing and IFTA;
-
driver information for qualification files, including motor vehicle records (MVR), PSP and CDLIS
reports, and drug and alcohol program records, obtained only with the authorisations the law
requires.
When you visit the site. Like any website, our hosting provider receives standard
technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We count page
views on our own server to see how many people visit and which pages they read — the page sends a short
note to our own server saying which page was opened, and nothing leaves our systems. This uses no
cookies:
your IP address and browser are combined with a secret and the date into a short code that cannot be
turned back into you, and we keep only that code, the page, the day and how you arrived (for example
a link in one of our emails). If you allow analytics or advertising cookies, those tools also collect
information about how you use the site; see the Cookie Policy.
2. How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and arrange a call;
- to send the text messages you agreed to receive (see our SMS Terms);
- to provide, manage and invoice the services you signed up for;
- to prepare filings and maintain the records regulations require;
- to keep the site and our systems secure and working;
- to meet our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
3. Who we share it with
We share information only where it is needed to do the work, or where the law requires it:
- brokers and shippers, to book and bill your loads;
- factoring companies and insurers you choose to work with;
- FMCSA, the IRS, state agencies and the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse, for filings and queries;
- consortia, third-party administrators and record providers, for driver and testing programs;
- service providers who host our website and send our email, under confidentiality obligations;
- authorities or courts, when the law requires it.
Mobile information is never shared for marketing. No mobile information will be shared
with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator
opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The sharing described above excludes
text messaging opt-in data and consent.
4. Text messages (SMS)
We send text messages only to people who opt in: by checking a consent box on our contact form, or by
asking for texts on a call with our team and then replying YES to our confirmation message. Service texts
and marketing texts are agreed to separately. Consent is optional and not a condition of any purchase or
service. Message frequency varies (marketing texts: up to 4 per month), and message and data rates may
apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Full details are in our
SMS Terms.
We keep a record of your consent so we can show when and how you opted in: for the website, the wording
you agreed to, the page and the time; for a call, the date and time of the call, the team member you
spoke to, and your YES reply. As stated above, mobile numbers and text messaging consent are never
shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
If we have your number but you have not opted in to texts, we will only contact you by phone or email.
5. How long we keep it
When you send the contact form, your enquiry is emailed to our team and a copy is stored on our own
server so we do not lose it. We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Customer records are kept for
the length of our relationship and afterwards for as long as federal and state rules require. Some
records, such as driver qualification files, drug and alcohol program records and IFTA returns, have
set minimum retention periods. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it
anonymous.
6. How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, limit access to the people who
need it, and use encrypted connections for this website. No system is completely secure, so please
tell us straight away if you believe your information has been exposed.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it,
subject to records we must keep by law. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional
rights under state privacy laws. We will not treat you differently for using them. To make a request,
contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity first.
8. Children
Our services and this site are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not
knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we
will tell our customers directly.
04
Cookie Policy
Cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and browser storage) are small pieces of data a website
stores or reads in your browser. We group them into three categories, and only the first runs without
your permission.
1. Essential
These keep the site working and cannot be switched off:
-
Consent record (local storage,
chs-consent): remembers your cookie
choices so we do not ask on every page.
-
Page transition (session storage): remembers that you clicked from one page of the
site to another. Cleared when you close the tab.
2. Analytics (with your permission)
Tools such as Google Analytics that tell us, in aggregate, which pages are visited and how people find
us, so we can improve the site. They are off until you allow them.
3. Advertising (with your permission)
Tags from advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn. They
measure whether our ads lead to enquiries and help those platforms show our ads to relevant people,
which can involve sharing information about your visit with them. They are off until you allow them.
4. Your choices
When you first visit, you can accept all, reject everything non-essential, or choose by category. You
can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings in the footer of every page.
Withdrawing permission stops those tools from running from that point on.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of
analytics and advertising cookies and do not ask. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser
settings; the site still works.
5. Third-party content
Our typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP
address and browser details. The platforms named above have their own privacy policies, which apply to
the information they receive.
6. Changes
When we add or change the tools we use, we will update this policy. The date at the top of this page
shows when it last changed.
